About Lisa
I'm a photographer, educator, and perpetual traveler. I shoot portraits and teach photography in Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and New York regularly, and lead small-group documentary photography trips to destinations around the world. Seven Wonders and counting.
Before portrait photography, I worked as a stringer for the Associated Press and Getty Images in New York and spent nine months documenting the recovery at Ground Zero after 9/11. I've been named one of the Best Newborn and Family Photographers by Expertise every year I've been eligible.
