Baby’s First Milestones

From tummy time to crawling and walking, and then their first birthday, the milestone session is the perfect way to capture those fleeting baby stages. These sessions are so much fun and babies/toddlers do very well at these sessions.

Baby Milestone Photo Session

Baby milestone sessions are a beautiful way to document your child’s first years, capturing the sweet, expressive stages that pass so quickly. Our milestone sessions are done in the studio.

Milestones are often photographed between ages 4 months and 3 years old. If you’re planning to do just one with your baby, I highly recommend the 7-month sitter session. We’ll create beautiful images that capture your baby’s sweet and unique personality. Before crawling makes things a little more unpredictable, they are sitting confidently and adorably. The next favorite session, of course, is the 1st birthday cake smash!

If the full sessions seems too much please reach out, I often offer monthly milestone minis!

These sessions are styled to be beautiful and timeless. I offer a wide variety of backdrop colors and classic wooden props and toys. I have found that babies do much better with fewer distractions. Beautiful, simple wooden props and toys, a solid backdrop, and a few simple sitting props or fabrics are ideal for stunning, timeless images.

Baby Milestone Full and Mini Session

Choose from our full custom session, lasting 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of outfits, backdrops, and additional family portraits. Alternatively, opt for our Milestone Mini to capture your baby’s milestones with a quicker session that keeps photos up to date without a significant commitment.
