Welcome, and thank you for visiting! My passion for photography began in my early years, eventually leading me from Minneapolis to New York City and around the globe as a documentary photographer. After returning to Minneapolis to start my family, I discovered a deep love for studio photography, where I now specialize in creating luxurious, timeless portraits. Though I focus on studio sessions, I also embrace Minnesota’s beautiful outdoors during the warmer months.
As a single mother to wonderful twin daughters, I understand the significance of capturing every stage of childhood. My family, including our two beloved golden retrievers, Sunny and Coop, bring joy and balance to my life in St. Louis Park. This personal journey has shaped my approach to photographing other families, helping me to capture authentic connections and unique personalities.
I’m honored to have photographed hundreds of families and children and to be recognized as an award-winning photographer whose work is published internationally. In addition to my photography, I’m dedicated to mentoring and educating other photographers, sharing the craft that continues to inspire me.

When Should I Book A Newborn Photo Shoot?
It’s best to book your photo session several months in advance so we have time to design and plan your custom session. When pre-booked, you are guaranteed a session no matter when your baby arrives.
How much does a photo session cost?
Most clients create albums and artwork for their homes, investing $3,000 or more in their portrait session. If that is out of your budget, please look at our specials.
How do I book?
Every session starts with a quick conversation. This is our chance to get to know each other a little, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you might have.
