Family Session booking for 2022

Now with online booking!

I’m always trying to find ways to improve the client experience. One thing I have been seeing a lot is that people looking for a photographer, or those that are returning clients, don’t want to wait to have a call or reply email. To help with this I’ve enabled online booking to the website for most session types.

If you don’t see the date or time needed please contact Lisa as we can often make an accommodation. If you book online and need to change the date, no worries! Rescheduling is not a big deal but we do appreciate as much notice as possible.

Family Photo Session

If you know that you want to do an outdoor family session this year I highly recommend booking as soon as possible. Only 2-3 weekend ‘golden hour’ Full Family sessions are offered each month. The full family session tends to be posed and lifestyle and the longer session gives us a good amount of time to capture a wide variety of images. The full session includes a beautiful photo album and USB drive with 30 images from your session.

The Family Special (or mini sessions) are offered 1-2 days throughout the warmer months. The shorter sessions do not take place during the golden hour but are a wonderful option for families with small children or larger families looking to update photos. Some have used the Family Special for milestone and graduation photos which is just fine.

Newborn Photo Session

It’s best to book your newborn session at least 2-3 months in advance but I do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings. By booking in advance you are not only guaranteed a session no matter when the baby arrives, but I also am constantly updating props and will often update based on upcoming sessions.

Pregnancy/Maternity Photo Session

It’s best to do the maternity session between 28 and 36 weeks. Mainly we want your belly to be popped out! But also we want to do the session before swelling and the discomfort of late pregnancy.
